Reserve your spot online through Mindbody, give us a call, or pop in to the studio in person. Booking takes less than a minute.
Arrive 10 minutes early, roll out your mat and enjoy the class. We will take care of everything else.
We want everyone to experience what Bridge & Breathe has to offer. Try any class on our timetable for just £5 with our introductory offer.
Whether you have never done yoga before or are an experienced practitioner looking for a new studio, you are welcome here. Our instructors will guide you through every pose and offer modifications to suit your level. There is absolutely no judgement, just a supportive space to move and breathe.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your class to complete a short welcome form and get settled. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in and bring a water bottle. Mats are provided free of charge, so there is no need to bring your own unless you prefer to.

You are welcome to drop in to the studio, though we recommend booking in advance to guarantee your space as classes can fill up quickly.
Looking for one-to-one tuition? We offer private sessions tailored to your goals. Contact us to arrange a session with one of our instructors.
Everything you need for a great session at Bridge & Breathe.
We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your booking at least 12 hours before the class start time. This allows other members to take your spot and helps us manage our class sizes effectively.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class will be charged at the full class rate. We understand that emergencies happen, so please get in touch if you have exceptional circumstances and we will do our best to help.
