We are located in the centre of Pontypridd, easily accessible by road and public transport.
Bridge & Breathe Yoga Studio is situated right in Pontypridd town centre, just off the A470. If you are driving from Cardiff or the northern Valleys, take the A470 and follow signs for Pontypridd town centre. We have free parking available directly outside the studio, so there is no need to worry about finding a space.
By public transport, Pontypridd railway station is a short walk away, with regular services from Cardiff Central and the Valleys lines. Several bus routes also stop within a few minutes' walk of the studio.
